No. Every programme starts from a clear, beginner-friendly foundation, and lessons are written in plain, practical language rather than technical or clinical terms.

Most members spend 20 to 40 minutes a week on lessons and planning activities. Everything is self-paced, so you can move faster or slower depending on your schedule.

Membership includes educational lessons, habit-planning worksheets, routine checklists and, depending on your plan, group learning sessions and general wellbeing resources. It does not include medical consultations, diagnosis or individual treatment plans.
