1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of the trhaver website and your membership of any trhaver programme, operated by trhaver, WorkHub, 44 Tsarigradsko Shose Boulevard, Sofia 1113, Bulgaria. By using our website or joining a membership, you agree to these terms.
2. Our programmes
trhaver provides educational programmes covering daily routine foundations, balanced eating habits, everyday movement, and sleep and stress awareness. Programme content and format may change over time to keep material current and useful, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes.
3. Membership and payment
Membership is billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up. Annual billing is offered at a 30% saving compared with paying monthly. Fees are payable in advance of each billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are shown in Bulgarian lev (лв. / BGN).
4. Seven-day satisfaction policy
If you are not satisfied with your membership within the first seven days of joining, contact us at info@trhaver.club to discuss your options, which may include a refund of your first payment, subject to the conditions in this section and applicable Bulgarian and EU consumer protection law.
5. Nature of our service
trhaver is an educational membership focused on general healthy-habits information. We are not a medical provider, and membership does not include medical consultations, diagnosis, prescription services or individual treatment plans. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes, weight changes, or that membership will resolve any particular health concern. Please see our Health & Educational Disclaimer for full details.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings or by contacting us in writing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied thereafter.
7. Intellectual property
All lessons, worksheets, checklists and other materials provided as part of trhaver membership remain the intellectual property of trhaver and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during your membership only. Materials may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, trhaver shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our programmes or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Bulgarian or EU law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria.
